Welcome to Cobram Anglican Grammar School
The Resilience Project is coming to Cobram Anglican Grammar School!
--------
The Resilience Project is a personal wellbeing initiative for people of all ages, but has specifically been tailored for young people for its delivery at Cobram Anglican Grammar School. The Resilience Project uses successful mental strengthening strategies and procedures to help individuals become more resilient and happier in the lives that they live. Research suggests that where people actively participate in a project such as this, they begin to see a positive shift in their mental health and wellbeing. We are very excited to announce that all students and staff will be involved in the Resilience Project, with sessions being held during class time on the 7th and 8th of March. Parents are warmly invited and
encouraged to attend our exciting and inspiring parent information session, which will be held at Cobram Anglican Grammar School in the PAC on March 7th at 7.00pm. Limited spaces are available, please book your seat by visiting the following link https://www.trybooking.com/
For more information, please do not hesitate to contact the school office on 03 5871 1816.
